Rob and the team at MAPIO were brilliant from start to finish.

Buying a house can be a stressful and complicated process, but Rob made everything feel straightforward. He took the time to clearly explain the finances, mortgage options, rates, repayments and what everything meant for us, helping us not only secure our new home but also understand how we can bring our two mortgages together over the coming years.

What really stood out was his approach. Rob is friendly, approachable and refreshingly down-to-earth. He covers everything you need to talk about without making things feel overly complicated, which was exactly what we were looking for. We didn't want someone who was just focused on the numbers and making it a transaction, and Rob went above and beyond throughout the entire process.

He was also incredibly helpful when discussing life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection. These can be complicated topics, but he explained them clearly, answered all our questions and never minded going back over something if we needed further clarification.
Along the way, he also helped us understand survey results, fees, and various other parts of the house-buying process that we weren't familiar with, giving us confidence at every stage.

A particularly nice touch was receiving a handwritten card when we completed on the house. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot and felt far more personal than the standard corporate gift or automated message.

Overall, Rob was fantastic to work with. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable, gave us confidence throughout the process and was always on hand when we needed advice.

Amazing service from Julie, as always.
Julie has helped me obtain a mortgage for 3 house moves now and a remortgage too. She is always super friendly, supportive and knows her stuff too. Goes the extra mile and after being in touch for over 6 years, feels like she really cares helping us progress up the property ladder and get the best deal.
